About Me

As a seasoned HCPC→ and BPS→ registered chartered counselling psychologist, I bring a unique blend of expertise and experience to my practice. With a background in finance and over a decade of working in the corporate world, I understand the pressures and demands that individuals face in their professional lives. This firsthand knowledge allows me to offer specialised support to corporate individuals who are grappling with work-related stress, imposter syndrome, boundary difficulties, and the elusive pursuit of work-life balance.

My Professional Background

In addition to my corporate experience in several global investment banks (Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs and UBS), I have a passion for helping individuals navigate a range of psychological challenges, including substance use/addiction, anxiety, depression, trauma, abuse, men’s mental health, authenticity, relational challenges, self-confidence, self-worth, rejection and many more. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices, drawing from existential, psychodynamic, and cognitive-behavioural therapies. This integrative approach allows me to tailor my interventions to meet your unique needs and goals. My real value stems from helping you to get out of your own way and onto a path of growth, development and progression.

My background of working within demanding global firms and psychological expertise is a perfect fit for individuals dealing with burn-out, substance use, lax boundaries, people pleasing, imposter syndrome, self-esteem alongside anxiety and depression.
